Beaux Jaxon ft. Jérôme Li-Thiao-Té

2016 August 14
Hungary, Budapest, Sziget festival

The event starts at : August 14 2016 18:00.

Short announcement

Beaux Jaxon grew up all over the USA and was first exposed to the blues in the 1960s in Lexington, Kentucky. Beaux writes: “Minnie came a few times a week to take care of and cook for us 5 kids, and I absolutely adored her. I was about 5 yrs old, Minnie took me into the kitchen and turned the black and silver AM radio to a blues station – I was hooked. Minnie told me it was “Colored music”. It was the first time I had ever heard that term or made any distinction between people- I remember it like it was yesterday. That moment, and that music, shaped my entire music career. ”

Beaux Jaxon went on to hone his chops touring with southern blues and rock, and has opened for Texas Blues legends Johnny Winter, Edgar Winter, Commander Cody (with Titan of the Telecaster Bill Kirchen), The Outlaws and many more. Beaux has released on major labels, recorded extensively at the legendary Chung King Studios, and has been performing for more than 3 decades across the USA and Europe.

Look for Beaux Jaxon with his full Octet at Sziget Festival Official 2016 on August 14th !
